RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RESERVATIONS

Telephone and e-mail reservations will be accepted but dates cannot be fully guaranteed until our booking form has been received together with the deposit. The balance of the rental amount together with the security deposit is due 4 weeks prior to the departure date.  If payment is not made by the due date this may be regarded as a cancellation

DEPOSITS

A deposit of £100/$100 is required to secure the booking. A security deposit of £100/$100 is to be paid with the final balance.  This is to cover possible damages and/or breakages also that the Condo keys are left in the key safe. The security deposit will be refunded when we have confirmation from our Management Company that the Condo was left in good order and the keys left.

CANCELLATION

A cancellation must be made in writing by the person who has signed the booking form.  No refunds will be made for a cancellation which occurs after the final balance has been paid. We therefore recommend that you arrange a Travel Insurance Policy which includes a cancellation and curtailment expenses section.

WEATHER CONDITIONS AND ACTS OF GOD

The owner is not responsible for any weather condition or acts of God or nature during your stay at the Condo.  There are no refunds due to inclement weather including Hurricanes. In the unlikely event that the state or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation that includes the Condo, you should comply with the evacuation order.

AMENITIES

No amenities are guaranteed.  There are no refunds for the malfunction of any equipment ie TV, pool, appliances etc. Please report any inoperative equipment to our management company (details available in the Condo). Agents and/or subcontractors may enter the premises during reasonable hours to perform maintenance.

RISK OF LOSS / INJURY

The owners shall not be liable for any loss by reason of damage, theft or otherwise to the contents, belongings and personal effects of the tenant or their family, guests or visitors
