Rates are shown on a per week (7 nights stay) basis. However we do not limit stays to a per week basis and are happy to accept bookings on a shorter or longer term. However. rentals of 6 nights or less will incur a small cleaning charge.
Please contact us for 2008 rates as some periods are being offered at a discounted rate. and please ask us for rates for other countries which are not listed below.
A refundable security deposit of £100/$100 will be required payable with the final balance. This will be returned after your stay assuming that no damage has been done to the property or its contents. |
A non-refundable £100/$100 deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to departure. |
